This bespoke service is designed for couples marrying at Stanford Farm who already benefit from the venue’s event management services, but would love additional professional support in the lead-up to ensure every detail comes together beautifully as well as VIP couple support to ensure complete peace of mind across the duration of their wedding.
Option 1 - Planning Support Package
Prep-only planning support for couples who want guidance in the lead-up to their wedding, to ensure they are on track & nothing has been missed, without the need for on site event support - complementing Stanford Farm’s excellent on-the-day coordination.
What’s included:
Email and telephone support from booking - advice and guidance to ensure key planning elements are considered.
Support and advice on recommended suppliers, budget planning, décor, wedding day timelines, logistics, and scheduling of key planning milestones.
90-minute planning check-in meeting (virtual or in-person - couples preference) at any stage of the planning process to review planning milestones, timeline, suppliers, and identify any 'gaps' in your planning, helping you feel confident and organised.
What’s not included:
Supplier coordination / Event décor support / Event coordination
Ideal for couples who want expert guidance in the lead-up to their wedding but are happy for the Stanford Farm team to fully manage the event coordination. Priced at £350.

Option 2 - VIP Package
What’s included:
Email and telephone support from the moment you book - offering expert guidance and regular touch-points to ensure your planning journey feels calm, considered, and under control, whilst bringing your wedding vision to life. Support and advice on recommended suppliers, budget planning, décor and styling, wedding day timelines, logistics, scheduling of key planning milestones, and overall event flow - ensuring every detail feels cohesive and well thought out.
Planning check-in meeting around 6 weeks before the wedding - to finalise your timeline, supplier details, and logistics, and contingency plans.
Venue walkthrough & ceremony rehearsal - so when it comes to the day itself you feel calm & prepared.
Supplier coordination & confirmations - I’ll liaise with your key suppliers, confirming arrival times, set-up requirements, and logistics.
Décor support the day before - hands-on help with setting up your décor, ensuring everything looks perfect and ready for the big day.
Discreet on-the-day coordination - seamless collaboration with the Stanford Farm team to manage finishing touches, timings, suppliers, and the flow of your day. Making sure everyone is in the right place, at the right time, & solving any wedding day hiccups, you can truly relax & enjoy the special moments.
VIP couple support - from ensuring you’re calm and comfortable during morning preparations to handling all the little details behind the scenes.
